Mindfulness for Social Workers

On Monday 16th January ‪at the Dudley Canal Trust a group of mental health social workers from Wolverhampton were introduced to the art of mindful meditation and how they can integrate practices in their daily life.‬

They learned a series of practices that they can use in the office to increase focus and reduce tension and anxiety.

Like all the mindspace sessions, following the session the team were sent resources that they could download and practice to gain a deeper experience of the training.
